How can I convert/scan my Insurance Policies?

If you do not have a scanner you can fax your documents to 727-499-6979. Please make sure to write your EvacuationHelp.com username and account number on every page, in the top right corner, at least ¼ inch away from the edges.
Your documents will then be converted to a PDF file and optimized for size (cost you less hosting storage).
An additional processing charge of $ 0.25 / page applies (plus your document hosting plan). Please include your phone number on the fax cover as well as your complete credit card information and billing address.
