I’ve completed the New Account Signup, clicked on create account, received the page telling me to look for the confirmation e-mail containing the link to verify my e-mail address and continue to my account, but I never received the e-mail! What could that be?

That could be any of these reasons:

  1. Confirmation e-mails are sent from your e-mail address as a sender in order to bypass any SPAM/JUNK filters but you should check those for starters.
  2. It could be that you made a typo in your e-mail address, especially if you copied and pasted it into the e-mail verification box (that’s a big NO NO)
  3. If you are using a web based e-mail system (i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) there could be a length delay in delivering the e-mail. I personally experienced Yahoo taking up to 8 hours to deliver a message and Hotmail sometimes looses one all together. Try again if you don’t receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours but you will have to use a different e-mail address and EvacUserName.
